slow servicefaulty equipment
The service WASN'T as smooth as I had hoped. My request for extra towels took longer than expected to be fulfilled. ALSO, the gym equipment seemed a bit dated, and a couple of machines were out of order. I found it frustrating since I rely on a good workout during my travels.

Comfortable Stay with a View!

I appreciated the friendly staff. They helped with every request. The taxi rank outside the hotel was quite convenient. The birthday setup for my partner was a nice surprise, and the hotel even sent up a second cake free of charge! I found that the hotel and its premises were amazing.
The noise started early in the morning and continued throughout the day. It was difficult to fully relax at the pool or on the beach. This was disappointing!

My room included a comfortable bed and a balcony. The view from the balcony was great. I could see the water. The room was clean, and the air conditioning worked efficiently throughout my stay.

The breakfast buffet had a good variety of options. I appreciated the fresh fruit selection. The food was tasty. It was well-prepared and offered a diverse range of choices. The service in the dining area was always prompt and efficient.

the valet service was fast and convenient. i used a room with this option. the rooms were clean and well kept, offering a balcony view. there were many restaurants including a main lobby restaurant and rooftop bars.
i requested an early check-in but it was not accommodated. i was told they could only assist upon arrival. the hotel is far from many attractions, requiring a taxi for travel. i observed a large hotel being built next to the hotel and it was noisy during the day.

A Few Issues Detracted from the Stay
small portionpoor selection
The minibar was empty. I had to request it be stocked. The food at the grill restaurant disappointed me. The chicken portion seemed small for the price. Drinks selection throughout the hotel was not good either.
